Pada kesempatan kali ini saya akan berbagi sedikit pengalaman saya bagaimana caranya supaya kita mendapatkan performa yang maksimum ketika menggunakan bluestacks. sedikit aja perkenalan tentang bluestacks, bluestack adalah emulator untuk menjalankan aplikasi-aplikasi android di sistem operasi windows maupun mac, jadi dengan blustack ini kamu bisa menjalankan aplikasi-aplikasi android di komputer kamu. langsung aja ke pembahasan untuk mendapatakan performa yang maksimal ketika kamu memainkan android caranya adalah sebegai berikut :

Buka regedit, dengan cara tekan logo windows pada keybroad + R, lalu kamu ketikan REGEDIT

setelah terbuka registry editor nya langkah selanjutnya adalah kamu masuk ke keynya bluestack dengan cara Computer -> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> BlueStacks -> Guests -> Android nah di key ini kamu bisa mengotak-ngatik untuk mendapatkan performa yang maksimal di bluestack kamu.

•     Memaksimalkan Memori RAM Bluestack

mengubah memori ram di bluestack kamu, hal ini berguna supaya kamu dapat menjalankan aplikasi-aplikasi android di bluestack tanpa ada lag pada saat memainikannya, ubah di HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\BlueStacks\Guests\Android , lalu kamu pilih key memory , kamu ubah sesusia dengan kapasitas ram yang komputer kamu miliki, tapi saya sarankan maksimal 1000 MB saja, karena walaupun kamu ubah diatas 1000 MB, memorinya akan tetap terbaca 1000 MB saja

•     Menyetting Resolusi Bluestack

supaya dapat tampilan yang jernih pada saat memainkan bluestack, untuk mendapatkan tampilan yang maksimal kamu bisa mengubahnya di HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\BlueStacks\Guests\Android\FrameBuffer\0 lalu kamu pilih key FullScreen untuk memainkan bluestack secara FullScreen hal ini berguna supaya kamu bisa memainkan aplikasi-aplikasi android secara utuh, untuk mengaktifkan fullscreen kamu tinggal mengubah dari 0 menjadi 1 saja. lalu langkah selanjutnya adalah mengubah tinggi dan lebar layar pada bluestacks kamu, dengan cara pilih key Height untuk menggubah tinggi layar kamu , dan pilih key width untuk mengubah lebar layar kamu, kamu bisa mengubah resolusi layar blustacks kamu sesuai dengan kemaupuan layar kamu, karena pada saat ini resulusi idealnya HD (1280*720), apabila layar kamu memamng cukup besar kamu juga bisa mengubah resulusinya menjadi Full HD (1920*1280) jadi dengan semakin besarnya resulusi bluestacks kamu,maka kamupun akan puas dalam memainkan bluestack.

•     Membuka File yang ada dalam komputer didalam bluestacks

untuk dapat membuka file-file yang ada dikomputer kamu didalam bluestack, buka key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\BlueStacks\Guests\Android\SharedFolder

disana akan banayk pilihan sub key untuk berbagi file kedalam bluestack yaitu 0,1,2,3,4 saya sarankan untuk tidak menambahkan key lagi, karena setelah saya mencobanya bluestack saya menjadi error. untuk dapat berbagi folder, kamu pilih dari keempat pilihan tadi misalkan padakali ini saya ingin pada sub key yang 4 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\BlueStacks\Guests\Android\SharedFolder\4

lalu kamu ubah key path itu dengan lokasi folder yang ingin kamu share, dan key name untuk memudahkan kamu dalam membuka folder yang kamu share, dan writable ini digunakan apakah kamu ingin mengasih hak akses untuk mengedit file didalam folder yang kamu share, pilih 0 jika ingin disable/non aktifkan, atau pilih 1, untuk enable atau mengaktifkan

Kalo saya sendiri sih, enggak dengan cara yang di atas juga laptop udh cepet, soalnya i7 dengan ram DDR 3 8GB.

Petunjuk Cara Mengisi Rincian Data PTK Aplikasi Pendataan Dapodik berpengaruh dengan data yang akan di erima di pusat. Kesalahan dalam penginputan data guru menyebabkan ketidak validtan data tersebut. Berikut ini Petunjuk Cara Mengisi Rincian Data PTK Aplikasi Pendataan Dapodik


A. Tabel Formulir PTK

Identitas

1. Nama Lengkap : ketik nama lengkap tanpa gelar akademik
2. Status Aktif : pilih sesuai status ptk saat ini, jika ptk pindah tugas pilih Mutasi, jika purna tugas pilih Pensiun, jika meninggal dunia pilih Wafat, dll
3. Jenis Kelamin : cukup jelas
4. Ijazah Terakhir : pilih pendidikan terakhir yang telah ditamatkan
5. Tahun Ijazah Terakhir : ketik tahun lulus pendidikan terakhir yang telah ditamatkan
6. Gelar Depan : pilih gelar depan yang dimiliki
7. Gelar Belakang : pilih gelar belakang yang dimiliki, jika S.Pd.SD pilihS.Pd, jika dipilihan tidak ada yang relevan kosongkan

Dipilih jika PTK tersebut mendapat tugas yang berbeda dari tugas pokok (sesuai di Tabel Formulir PTK, nomor 35), tugas tambahan tersebut harus ada SK/Surat Tugas dari pejabat yang berwenang/kepsek/yayasan Isikan jumlah jam per minggunya (misal Kepala Sekolah adalah 18 jam).

Diisi mulai mengajar/bekerja di sekolah ini, sesuaikan dikolom TMT (Sjk awal mengajar di sklh). Namun dikolom Tahun Ajaran hanya ada pilihan sejak 2000-2001, untuk PTK yang TMT (Sjk awal mengajar di sklh) sebelum tahun ajaran 2000-2001 dikolom Tahun Ajaran dikosongkan dulu.

Diisi jika PTK (Guru atau TU/Penjaga/Perpus/Laboran) mempunyai jenis pekerjaan lain (bukan pekerjaan yang sama saat ini sebagai Guru atau TU/Penjaga/Perpus/Laboran).

Diisi SK kenaikan pangkat dari pertama sampai terakhir, untuk Tgl. SK dengan TMT

Teori Efektivitas Komunikasi Interpersonal Guru dan Murid

Apa  yang  kita  sampaikan  harus  benar-benar  dimengerti  oleh  lawan  bicara  kita,  sehingga  masalah  komunikasi  yang  efektif  antar  sesama  manusia  memberikan  peranan  yang  sangat  penting  dalam  kehidupan  sehari-hari  dan  merupakan  aset  yang  penting.

Dikatakan  oleh  Jalaluddin  Rakhmat  dalam  buku  Psikologi  Komunikasi (2005:13)  bahwa  suatu  jalinan  dapat  menetukan  harmonisasi.  Jalinan  yang  dimaksud  adalah  jalinan  antar  individu  yang  terbentuk  melalui  komunikasi,  baik  itu  jalinan  formal  maupun  jalinan  informal.  Salah  satu  bentuk  komunikasi  yang  dapat  membentuk  keharmonisan  antar  manusia  adalah  komunikasi  interpersonal.

Pada  umumnya  komunikasi  interpersonal  terjadi  karena  pada  hakikatnya  setiap  manusia  suka  berkomunikasi  dengan  manusia  lain,  karena  itu  tiap-tiap  orang  selalu  berusaha  agar  mereka  lebih  dekat  satu  sama  lain.  Kegiatan  komunikasi  tersebut  dilakukan  sebagai  upaya  memenuhi  kebutuhan  untuk  bekerjasama  dengan  orang  lain.  Tindakan  kerjasama  merupakan  kesatuan  dari  komunikasi  interpersonal  yang  efektif.

Efektivitas

1. Pengertian Efektivitas

Pengertian efektivitas secara umum menunjukkan sampai seberapa jauh tercapainya suatu tujuan yang terlebih dahulu ditentukan. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan pengertian efektivitas menurut Hidayat (1986) yang menjelaskan bahwa : Efektifitas adalah suatu ukuran yang menyatakan seberapa jauh target (kuantitas, kualitas dan waktu) telah tercapai.

2. Komunikasi

Komunikasi merupakan sebuah kata yang abstrak dan memiliki sejumlah arti. Kata “komunikasi” berasal dari bahasa latin yaitu communis, yang berarti “sama” atau communicare yang berarti “membuat sama” (Mulyana, 2001:41). Singkatnya istilah komunikasi sudah sedemikian lazim di kalangan kita semua, meskipun masing-masing orang mengartikannya secara berlainan (Effendy, 2001:15).

Komunikasi Interpersonal

Para ahli komuniaksi mendefinisikan komunikasi interpersonal secara berbeda-beda, dan berikut ini adalah tiga sudut pandang definisi utama, diungkapkan oleh (Devito, 1997:231) : Berdasarkan Komponen, Berdasarkan Hubungan Diadik, dan Berdasarkan Pengembangan.

Definisi Konsepsional

Definisi konsepsional merupakan pembatasan pengertian tentang suatu konsep atau pengertian, ini merupakan unsur pokok dari suatu penelitian. Dari konsep yang telah peneliti paparkan diatas, maka efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal guru dan murid merupakan interaksi face to face antara dua individu atau lebih untuk saling menukar informasi dan saling mempengaruhi tingkah laku yang dapat menimbulkan umpan balik secara langsung demi menunjang suatu tujuan.

Cara Cepat Install dan menggunakan Bootstrap

Tutorial Bootstrap – Bagaimana Cara Menggunakan Bootstrap

Pada saat menggunakan Yii, banyak yang mengganjurkan untuk menggunakan yiibooster ataupun bootstrap-nya langsung (yang khusus Yii). Sebelum menggunakan di yii, saya mencari tutorial dan belajar cara menggunakan bootstrap secara umum, salah satunya yang akan saya tulis di artikel ini.

Pertama, download bootstrap (saya menggunakan versi 2.3.2) buat folder (nama terserah) lalu buat file index.html . Ekstrak zip bootstrap, copy semua folder (css, img, js) ke dalam folder contoh kita.

Kedua, isi file index.html jangan lupa untuk menambahkan !DOCTYPE di awal karena kita akan menggunakan HTML5.

Keempat, kita akan mulai mendesain. Tetapi sebelum itu, perlu diingat bahwa bootstrap menggunakan 12 grids, untuk membagi grids tersebut kita akan menggunakan “span”, misal : bila ingin membuat menu disebelah isi, kita dapat membaginya jadi “span4″ untuk menu dan “span 8″ untuk isi. Keenam, sekarang kita akan membuat area yang akan dibagi menjadi dua, satu untuk leftside bar (menu) dan satu lagi disebelah kanan untuk content area. Terakhir, kita akan menambahkan footer, footer akan dibagi menjadi tiga bagian yang sama besar, karena boostrap menggunakan 12grids maka untuk mendapatkan tiga bagian yang sama besar harus dibagi menjadi 4-4-4, jadi kita menggunakan span4 untuk ketiga div kita. Jangan lupa untuk membuat div dengan class row terlebih dahulu.

Info Lolong – Buaya Terbesar di Dunia

Inilah Lolong, buaya terbesar di dunia! Tertangkap di Bunawan di Filipina, Buaya air asin raksasa ini panjangnya 6,17 meter dengan berat 1.075 kg, atau satu ton lebih! Hal ini membuat Lolong 2 kaki lebih panjang dari buaya pemegang rekor sebelumnya, meskipun diperkirakan bahwa buaya air asin dapat tumbuh hingga 7 meter.
Seperti yang dikutip dari Alam Mengembang Jadi Guru, buaya raksasa ini ditangkap pada bulan september 2011 yang lalu oleh tim pemberani di Filipina selatan. Lolong, diyakini berusia lebih dari 50 tahun saat ditangkap. Tiga puluh orang telah menghabiskan tiga minggu mencoba untuk menangkap reptil besar ini sebelum akhirnya terjerat pada bulan September 2011 menggunakan babi mati sebagai umpan dan kabel baja di atasnya seperti di kutip dari terselubung.in
Sebuah traktor dibutuhkan untuk mengangkut buaya ini ke trailer yang membawanya ke taman wisata kota untuk dipelihara dan dijadikan tontonan – tetapi sebelumnya, penduduk lokal yang telah berkerumun menyempatkan diri untuk berpose di sekitar buaya. Sejak itu, Lolong telah menjadi daya tarik di taman wisata dan dewan kota dengan gembira mengumumkan bahwa kota kecil mereka akhirnya ada di peta dunia.




Pada tahun 2012, Lolong secara resmi dinyatakan sebagai buaya terbesar yang pernah tertangkap, oleh panitia Guinness World Records. Namun pada bulan februari 2013, Lolong buaya air asin terbesar di penangkaran telah meninggal di kandangnya di provinsi Agusan Bunawan Del Sur, Filipina selatan. Pemerintah setempat dan penduduk lokal sangat sedih karena kehilangan ini. Lolong membuat kota mereka dikunjungi oleh banyak turis sepanjang tahun 2012.
Sebenarnya, ada seekor buaya air asin yang lebih besar dari Lolong pernah ditemukan di Filipina dua abad yang lalu. Pada tahun 1823, seekor buaya air asin besar tewas di dekat kota Jalajala di Laguna de Bay. Buaya ini hampir 8 meter diukur dari ujung moncong ke ujung ekornya.
Dengan beratnya sekitar 2 ton, buaya raksasa ini dikatakan seberat kuda nil banteng. Diperlukan 40 orang laki-laki untuk membawa tubuhnya ke darat. Setelah dibedah, orang-orang terkejut karena menemukan tubuh kuda dalam 7 potongan.


Fakta menarik tentang buaya air asin
Lolong dan ‘kakek’ nya membuktikan bahwa ekosistem Filipina juga kaya dengan makhluk luar biasa. Buaya air asin yang nama Ilmiahnya adalah Crocodylus porosus, saat ini terancam punah di Filipina akibat perburuan tak tahu malu dari warga kota setempat. Mereka pada dasarnya berbeda dari buaya air tawar (Crocodylus mindorensis), yang lebih kecil dalam ukuran, dan spesies aligator yang tidak ada di Filipina .
Rata-rata, buaya air asin berukuran antara enam hingga tujuh meter. Buaya ini menghabiskan sebagian besar waktu mereka berjemur di bawah sinar matahari atau berenang di dalam air. Sebagai bagian dari ekosistem, buaya air asin juga membantu dalam daur ulang nutrisi. Kotoran mereka menambah nilai air dan memberikan makhluk laut lainnya, pasokan makanan yang berkelanjutan .
Buaya air asin juga telah memainkan peranan utama dalam sejarah Filipina dan cerita rakyat. Dalam novel Noli Me Tangere, karya Rizal, mereka digambarkan sebagai monster laut ganas yang dapat menjungkirkan perahu hanya dengan kibasan ekor mereka.
Pemburu buaya setempat juga percaya bahwa hewan ini berfungsi sebagai tempat bersemayam roh leluhur. Bagi mereka, sifat buaya air asin dapat ditentukan dengan melihat warna mereka. Buaya hitam biasanya tempat bersemayam roh jahat, yang putih biasanya mempesona dan pertanda keberuntungan, sedangkan varietas hijau, kuning , dan merah adalah roh tengah.
